Sweet Potato Black Bean Burgers
  • 2cups cooked sweet potato, mashed
  • 1/4cup onion, chopped
  • 1/3cup nutritional yeast
  • 2teaspoons smoked paprika
  • 1/2teaspoon pepper
  • 1cup cooked quinoa
  • 1/2cup almond flour
  • 2teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1teaspoon salt
  • 1can black beans, drained and rinsed
  1. Pulse all ingredients in a food processor until a loose dough is made. Portion and patty the dough into burgers. Cook on the grill, turning once, until heated through. Serve with your favorite burger toppings. You can double the recipe and freeze the patties for convenient, healthy burgers any time!
