Spiralized Pear & Kale Salad
Topped with blue cheese, grapes, almonds and brussel sprouts, this fun and unique salad delivers an incredible flavor combination.
  • 1cup purple grapes, roasted
  • 2cups Brussel sprouts, shredded
  • 1/2cup blue cheese crumbles
  • 2 pears, spiralized
  • 3/4cup toasted almonds
  • 1head kale, chiffonade
  • Salt & pepper
  1. Place grapes on a roasting pan and drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with rosemary. Bake at 450°F until grapes are soft (about 15 minutes). Set aside. Chiffonade kale and place in a large bowl. Add remaining ingredients and toss with vinaigrette.
