Pumpkin Bars
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1cups sugar
  • 1cup oil
  • 1 15-ounce can pumpkin
  • 2cups all-purpose flour
  • 2teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 2teaspoons baking powder
  • 1teaspoon baking soda
  • 1teaspoon salt
  1. Heat oven to 350° F
  2. In a large bowl, beat the eggs, sugar, oil, and pumpkin until well blended. Combine the flour, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda, and salt; gradually add to pumpkin mixture.
  3. Pour mixture into an ungreased 15x10x1-inch baking pan. Bake for 25-30 minutes. Cool completely.
