  • 1cup almond milk or milk of your choice
  • 1cup organic spinach
  • 2tablespoons almond butter
  • 1tablespoon protein powder
  • 1cup organic frozen blueberries
  • 1teaspoon chia seeds

Mix all ingredients in a high-speed blender. If using fresh blueberries, add some ice. Enjoy!
