- 1 1/4 cup blanched almond flour
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup raw pumpkin seeds
- 1/4 cup almond slivers
- 1/4 cup agave nectar
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup raw sunflower seeds
- 1/4 cup golden raisins
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips

- In a small bowl, combine flour, salt, and baking soda. In a large bowl, combine oil, agave nectar, and vanilla. Stir dry ingredients into wet ingredients. Mix in coconut, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, almonds, raisins, and chocolate chips. Grease an 8x8 baking dish with coconut oil. Press dough firmly into baking dish, wetting hands with water to help pat dough down evenly. Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes.
