Parmesan cheese, grated (optional)
Dressing Ingredients

olive oil

teaspoon
Dijon mustard

tablespoons
red wine vinegar

teaspoon
oregano

teaspoon
Greek seasoning

garlic

teaspoon
sea salt
Instructions
Add all dressing ingredients to a high-speed blender and combine until creamy and smooth. Set aside.
Chop lettuce and add to a large bowl. Add remaining salad ingredients.
Add dressing and toss until salad is coated. Top with grated Parmesan (optional).
