- 4 clementines peeled
- 1 ripe banana sliced
- 1 carrot peeled and shaved
- 1 piece fresh ginger peeled and minced
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 1/2 cups ice
- salt to taste
