Ingredients
- 2 yams cut into 1/4" thick rounds
- 1 cup toasted pecans
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1/8 tsp coarse sea salt
- fresh, chopped rosemary for garnish
- 2 tbs Wozupi maple syrup
- 1/8 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 2 tsp orange zest
- 1 goat cheese (small round)
- 1 tbs Wozupi honey

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Place yam rounds on a baking sheet and brush lightly with coconut oil. Bake for 20 minutes or until cooked. While yams are baking, mix goat cheese and maple syrup together and set aside. In a separate bowl, mix pecans, orange zest, salt, pumpkin pie spice, cranberries, and honey together until well combined, then set aside. Cool yams completely. To assemble, smear top of round with cheese mixture. Top with pecan mixture and sprinkle top with chopped rosemary before serving.
