Ingredients
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 2 cloves fresh garlic minced
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 1/4 onion finely chopped
- 1 can black beans
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 32 oz chicken broth
- 1/2 cup chicken chopped or shredded
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 can corn
- pepper to taste
- 1-2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
- Add olive oil to pot and bring to medium heat. Add onions and garlic and sauté until soft. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Once at a boil, reduce heat to simmer and cook for about 30 minutes. Top with your favorite taco toppings such as shredded cheese, cilantro, avocado, etc.
