Cheesy Cauliflower Mash
Ingredients
  • ½head cauliflower, leaves removed
  • 3cloves garlic, peeled
  • 1tablespoon butter
  • 2tablespoons milk
  • ½cup grated cheddar cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. Set up a steamer in a pot with an inch of water. Place the cauliflower and garlic cloves in the steamer, cover, and cook over medium heat until cauliflower is very tender, about 15-20 minutes.
  2. Remove cauliflower and garlic and place in a mixing bowl. Add butter and mash until desired smoothness. Stir in milk and cheddar cheese, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
