Artichoke and Ripe Olive Tuna Salad

drained and flaked

canned artichoke hearts
chopped

chopped olives

reduced-fat mayonnaise

lemon juice

chopped fresh oregano
or 1/2 teaspoon dried
Instructions
Combine tuna, artichokes, olives, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and oregano in a medium bowl.
Serve with sliced tomato on a bed of lettuce or on bread.
