Ingredients
Slaw
- 1 apple
- 1 kohlrabi
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup slivered almonds
- parsley
- freshly cracked pepper to taste
Dressing
- 1/4 cup Vegenaise
- 3 tbs agave
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 1/2 tbs rice wine vinegar

Instructions
- Julienne apple and kohlrabi and put in a bowl. Add cranberries, slivered almonds, and pepper. Toss with dressing and sprinkle parsley on top.
