Ingredients
- 1 apple spiralized or julienned
- 1 hohlrabi spiralized or julienned
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup slivered almonds
- parsley for garnish
- Fresh cracked pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup vegenaise or just mayo
- 3 tbs agave
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 1/2 tbs rice wine vinegar

Instructions
- Spiralize or julienne kohlrabi and apple into a bowl. Add cranberries, slivered almonds, and pepper. Toss with dressing and sprinkle parsley on top.
